As an existing customer of Kasa Controls & Automation, an industrial equipment manufacturer has maximized Kasa’s custom control panel production services, allowing the company to free up more of its time and resources for other tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer provides sophisticated solutions for state-of-the-art process equipment used by companies all over the world. In the past, they have used Kasa’s products in a wide range of industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, plastics and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Most recently, Kasa helped them update a system for a new product assembled in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer had worked with Kasa on and off for the past few years, but increased the frequency of projects with them over the past eight months. These projects typically varied from small vacuum sequencing and rail unload control to plant-wide, networked control systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of their latest projects involved a system commissioning for a COVID-related product created here in the U.S. However, the company needed control panels built for this system on an extremely short lead time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To overcome this challenge, the customer once again sought out the work of Kasa Controls due to great service and vendor evaluations, as well as the companies’ shared past experiences and Kasa’s reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the industrial equipment manufacturer got Kasa on board with the project, Kasa completed the project without issue and helped deliver the panels to the customer on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With Kasa Controls now taking the reins on their customer\u2019s control panel production, this allowed the manufacturing company to focus on other things beside panel builds. In particular, this move encouraged a new sense of flexibility and freedom that the company had not seen before in its production facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
